Spread over two floors and recently built, it offers 4 fully equipped apartments, perfect for those who wish to comfortably stay in this charming place in Cilento.

Only 200 meters away is the "La Grotta" beach, a natural sand cove not equipped but provided with a daily rental service of umbrellas and sun beds, ideal for those seeking a corner of tranquility. From the port, adjacent to the beach, guests can take advantage of the Metro del Mare, a maritime transport service that allows you to easily explore some of the most exclusive destinations of the Cilento Coast, Amalfi Coast and Gulf of Naples, including Palinuro, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento and Capri.

The central location of the Stella Maris Holiday Home in San Marco allows easy access to the main services: only 50 meters away is the church, while a little further away there are a delicatessen, bars and restaurants. Everything is within reach, for a relaxing stay.

Spacious 106 sqm apartment finely furnished, located on the first floor of the building. Consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and 1 room with two single beds, 2 large bathrooms with spacious showers, and an open space living room-kitchen. Additionally, there is a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and outdoor table available to guests.
The apartment comes with all comforts including a TV, air conditioning, heating, fibre Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, and covered parking space. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, combined fridge, electric oven, and large workspace.
Available for a minimum stay of 3 nights, with a 48-hour notice period.

Rules and services common to all apartments

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Pets, even small ones, are not allowed.
Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM during high season. Greater flexibility, upon request, in other periods.
Tourist tax: 1 euro per night for a maximum of 12 consecutive nights (excluding under 12 and over 75).

SERVICES

In addition to the included parking spot, a second parking spot can be requested, at a cost of 10 euros per day.
On request, linen service (sheets and towels), 12 euros per person, with weekly changes.
On request, cleaning service at a cost of 9 euros per hour.
Connection with those offering services related to boat tours, fishing tourism, and excursions on the nature trails in the Cilento area.

Nautica San Marco offers a complete and professional service for the care and maintenance of boats. Specialized in winter storage and lay-up, the company takes care of hauling and launching boats, as well as thorough cleaning and maintenance of engines and hulls.
The services offered include wood restoration and care, hull maintenance and painting, all carried out with high quality standards.
Thanks to the state concession at the port, Nautica San Marco guarantees summer mooring at the buoy, while in the winter months it ensures shelter for boats in its own storage yard.
